Geotextile is flat geosynthetic made of polyester fiber (PES) or polypropylene (PP) connected automatically by needling, flashing or thermally due to welding. It is recommended to use in land and Hydro Engineering construction, where there are large mechanical loads and permeability is important in horizontally and vertically. Geotextiles is used primarily in the construction of car parks, tennis, playing fields, terraces, stone-paved surfaces or green roofs. It is also used for laying sidewalks, paths around the House, carrying out the driveway to the garage, drain around the building facade also in the construction of the wastewater treatment plant, swimming pools and ponds. Geotextiles are used as protection against damage of geomembranes (important when using waterproofing PrimaTess PVC).
Drainage and protection
The environment is prone to contamination and therefore must be especially protected in the case of the construction of fuel storage tanks, gas stations or landfills. Nonwoven geotextiles prevents movements of the particles, allowing the free flow of liquid and gas. Migration causes reduction of load-bearing characteristics of the land and its continuous leaching, which in turn leads to subsidence. Non-woven filter properties are used in hydro engineering construction, water bodies and regulation of rivers. They effectively ground for geonet drainage and geo scaffolding composites in the construction of embankments and the strengthening of turbot.
Separation and reinforcement
